Return Window

Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear, socks, and swimwear.
Clearance or final sale items.
Personalized or custom-made items.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.
If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued.

Return Process

Contact our support team at info@apmfashionhouse.com with your order number.
Pack the item securely with original packaging and tags.
Customer drops off at courier partner / schedules pickup.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the refund/exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
